What is Mihrab What is its Function?
The mihrab is the area defined by the projection formed on the wall on the qibla side of the mosque. In general, it becomes evident by being decorated with marble, wood or tiles at the middle of the wall.
It is also important for the worshipers as it is an area towards which the imam is directed.
