Özel Cami Ürünleri İçin Fabrika Kontrolü & Sevkiyat Öncesi Kalite Kontrol

A mosque factory inspection helps project teams confirm custom products before packing and international shipment. The inspection scope should reflect the actual purchase order and approved drawings rather than rely on a generic visual check.

What to inspect

Typical checks can include dimensions, quantity, material or finish consistency, visible workmanship, component numbering, hardware completeness and comparison with approved drawings or samples. For electrical products, the agreed project specification should also be checked before dispatch.

Inspection timing matters

Checking too early may miss final finishing and accessories; checking after everything is sealed can make verification difficult. A practical inspection point is after production and internal quality control but before final export packing is closed.

Document the result

Photos, measurements, package references and a clear list of open items make the inspection useful to both manufacturer and buyer. Any correction should be closed before shipment approval where possible.

MosqueBuild can coordinate pre-shipment documentation for custom mosque product packages. Send the project specification, approved drawings, product list and destination through our RFQ/contact page. For shipment preparation, review our mosque export packing guide.
