Emballage export des produits de mosquée : caisses, modules et étiquettes
Mosque export packing should be designed around the product, transport route and installation sequence rather than treated as a final wrapping step. Large doors, mihrab modules, minbar components, chandeliers and architectural panels can require different protection methods within the same shipment.
Design packing around the product
Fragile finishes need surface separation and controlled contact points. Long or oversized components need support against bending and movement. Hardware, fasteners and small accessories should be grouped and labelled so the installation team can identify them without opening every package.
Crates, modules and shipment sequence
Crate dimensions should consider handling equipment, container access and unloading conditions at destination. When products will be installed in stages, package numbering can follow the assembly sequence so site teams receive the correct modules first.
Labels and documentation
Useful labels can include project reference, package number, product group, orientation and handling notes. A packing list should match the physical package numbering. Where wood packaging or destination rules apply, the required treatment and documentation should be confirmed for the actual route before dispatch.
