Incoterms для проектов мечетей: EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF и DAP

Incoterms for mosque projects define how delivery responsibilities, costs and risk are divided between seller and buyer. They do not replace the sales contract, product specification, payment terms or import requirements, so the selected term should match the real transport arrangement.

Common terms in international project supply

EXW places most transport responsibility on the buyer from the seller’s premises. FCA can be useful when the seller hands the goods to the buyer’s nominated carrier at an agreed place. FOB and CIF are sea-freight terms used for appropriate port-to-port shipments, while DAP can place more transport responsibility on the seller up to the named destination.

Name the place clearly

The Incoterm should be written together with the agreed named place or port. A vague term without a location can create confusion about loading, terminal charges, inland transport and where risk transfers.

Match the term to the shipment

Oversized doors, chandeliers, modular mihrab/minbar packages and mixed containers may require different handling from standard parcels. Before quotation, confirm who arranges export transport, main freight, insurance where applicable, import clearance and final delivery.
