Mosque Ablution Fountain (MAF-06)

Our product contains 2 column arrays, inside and outside. While the outer pillars carry the portico that protects the people from the sun and rain, the inner pillars carry the roof in the middle section. The models of the columns in the outer part and the columns in the inner part are different.

Although the columns in the outer section contain fewer ornaments, the head part is so small that it is almost non-existent. However, the outer pillars are white in color and much longer than the inner pillars. There are 8 columns on the outside. These columns, which serve as columns for the portico, are combined with arches. The arches formed by the combination of the outer columns are decorated with various colors using floral motifs. These motifs both complete the curved structure of the product and reveal an eye-catching fountain model.

There are 10 columns in total inside. These columns differ in layout as well as being made of different materials than the outer ones. The capital part of the columns, the base and shaft parts of which are designed simply, are decorated with muqarnas. Columns were combined with arches and the top of the arches was covered so that the chamber part was not visible.

The upper part of the arches is also decorated like the outer part. The interior of our product has a decagonal plan and a fountain is placed on each side. However, the dimensions, the colors used for decoration, or similar elements may vary according to the person’s request or the area.
