1. Standard Return Eligibility

Eligible standard products may be returned within
14 days from the delivery date.

• The product must be unused.
• The product must not have been installed or assembled.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging where applicable.
• The product must be undamaged and suitable for resale.
• A return request must be approved by MosqueBuild before shipment.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally not eligible for return due to
their project-specific nature:

• Custom-sized products.
• Made-to-order products.
• Personalized or specially engraved products.
• Products manufactured with customer-selected colours or finishes.
• Installed, assembled or used products.

If one of these products is defective, incorrectly manufactured or
supplied incorrectly by MosqueBuild, please contact us so the claim
can be reviewed.

4. How to Request a Return

Please contact MosqueBuild before returning any product.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Please provide:

• Your order or invoice number.
• The product name or model number.
• A brief explanation of the return request.
• Photographs where the request relates to damage or a defect.
• Your contact and delivery information.

Once the request has been reviewed, our team will provide the
appropriate return instructions.

5. Refunds

After an approved returned product reaches us, it will be inspected.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
  within 7 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless
  the return results from our error or a verified product defect.
• Banks and payment providers may require additional processing
  time after MosqueBuild issues the refund.
