INSTALLATION & DELIVERY

Installation Planning Starts Before Production

Installation planning begins before production. Module size, lifting points, temporary supports, access, crane position and the sequence of final cladding or joint treatment can affect the way the dome should be fabricated in the workshop.

For international projects, MosqueBuild can provide assembly documentation and installation coordination based on the agreed scope. Some projects require a MosqueBuild team on site, while others are prepared for installation by the local contractor under defined drawings and instructions.

PROJECT GUIDANCE

Installation Is Planned Before the Dome Reaches Site

Crane capacity, lifting radius, temporary access, roof readiness and safe working zones can determine whether a dome installation is straightforward or unnecessarily disruptive. For that reason, the installation conversation should begin while the dome is still being segmented and detailed, not after the shipment arrives.

FAQ

Before You Request a Quote

Can MosqueBuild provide installation outside Türkiye?
International installation or supervision can be considered project by project, depending on destination, scope, access and local requirements.
What site information is needed before installation?
Roof level, access route, crane position, lifting radius, completed support dimensions, available storage area and the planned construction programme are typical starting points.
Can the dome be lifted as one piece?
Small or suitably designed domes may allow that approach; larger systems are often assembled from modules. The method is selected around weight, dimensions and site access.
When is the final finial installed?
The sequence depends on the system, but the finial support and waterproof interface should be planned before the upper dome is closed.
