Mosque Project RFQ Checklist: What to Send a Manufacturer
A useful RFQ reduces assumptions by giving the manufacturer enough architectural, dimensional and logistics information to quote the actual project.
Minimum Project Information
Provide plan/elevation drawings, room or opening dimensions and clear photos. Mark the qibla wall and any confirmed structural or MEP constraints.
Define the Scope
List exactly which items are required: mihrab, minbar, doors, chandelier, carpet, wall cladding, dome or other elements.
State Logistics and Programme
Destination, required delivery date, container/site access and installation responsibility change the quotation and packaging plan.
What to Send MosqueBuild
Send the project country/city, drawings or measured sketches, site photographs, required scope, reference images and known installation/delivery constraints. This lets the project be reviewed as a coordinated system rather than as an isolated catalogue item.
Important: Prices and technical commitments should be issued only after the real project information is reviewed.
